These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the services provided by Lhlbet (the Operator). By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and all applicable policies. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

Lhlbet may periodically re run checks for regulatory or security purposes and you may be asked to provide additional information at any time.
Access to the Services is limited to jurisdictions where online gambling is allowed by applicable law. Lhlbet reserves the right to restrict or terminate access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.
Promotions are offered subject to the specific terms and conditions that accompany each offer. Promotions are non transferable and non exchangeable unless expressly stated. Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements, time limits and game type restrictions as described in the promotion terms. Lhlbet may withdraw, modify or terminate any Promotion at any time and winnings arising from promotions may be forfeited if conditions are not satisfied. The Services accept a range of deposit methods. Deposits are credited to your Account promptly following processing. All Materials on the Services, including software, graphics, text and logos, are the property of Lhlbet or its licensors. You may view and download content for personal, non commercial use, provided you retain all copyright notices. You shall not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works without prior written authorization. Trademarks and other marks are protected and may not be used without permission.
To the extent permitted by law, Lhlbet excludes liability for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the lesser of the amount of deposits you have made in the preceding twelve months or a defined maximum, to the extent permitted by law. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation where unlawful.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You may opt out of arbitration by delivering written notice within 30 days of accepting these Terms. Arbitration shall be the exclusive remedy to the extent permitted by law, and the presence of related regulatory actions shall not preclude arbitration where permitted.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Operator's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms you consent to the processing of personal information described in the Privacy Policy and the transfer of such data as described therein.
The Operator may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated and will take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the changes you must discontinue use and may close your Account.
The Operator is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, network disruptions, or regulatory actions. In such events the Operator may suspend or terminate all or part of the Services without liability.
The Operator may suspend or close an Account for cause, including breach of these Terms or regulatory concerns. Upon closure, pending bets may be settled in accordance with these Terms and any applicable Promotion terms. You may close your Account by submitting a request through the designated support channel; funds remaining in the Account will be handled in accordance with the closing process described in these Terms.
